When did you decide that you wanted to work with animals? I've always loved horses and mainly competition horses and as I became more interested and involved in their training and development I came to find that many of them suffer muscle and ligament problems due to intense work load and some form poor schooling. So I took initiative and decided to help the competition horses and all other horses to performing at the best of their abilities.
What animal influenced you the most growing up? I grew up in a yard where there were horses so I learned how to take care of them, grooming, feeding and understanding their different personalities and learning a lot more from them.
Horses and dogs, as I consider myself a dog person but very much a horseman.
What animals do you currently own? I have 3 horses (Sputnik, Big Shaq & Mr Ambassador) and 1 dog (Notorious)
What makes your animal bodywork practice stand out? I'm a horseman with a good to great understanding of animals and I believe to work with horses you need to be able to understand them first before making any progress doing anything really. My work is clinical and done to perfection giving every patient my best service. I put my clients first before anything.
What message would you like to share with perspective clients? I have worked with all sorts of horse trainers and breeders. I consider the relationship with clients the key to working well, I keep it professional and I always do everything I can to keep your horse in tip top condition.
What message would you like to share with others who are thinking about pursing a career in animal bodywork? Like nikey says, Just do it, If you want to do it don't hesitate cause once you start you will only want to get more & more involved to know more and to learn more.
